1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FrameForgeX website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

FrameForgeX provides an AI-powered sports photography automation platform, including edge computing hardware, cloud-based scoring, blockchain-verified digital collectibles, and fan delivery services. Features and availability may vary by plan and deployment.

3. User Accounts

Access to certain features requires an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and technology comprising the FrameForgeX platform are owned by FrameForgeX or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without written permission.

5. Content & Photography

Photographs captured and processed through the FrameForgeX platform are subject to licensing agreements between the platform operator (league, venue, or photographer) and FrameForgeX. Digital collectibles minted through the platform are governed by the applicable smart contract terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the platform

7. Payment & Settlement

Revenue sharing, settlement splits, and billing terms are governed by individual service agreements. On-chain settlement transactions are final once confirmed on the blockchain.

8. Limitation of Liability

FrameForgeX provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Philadelphia, PA.
